By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mbijackpot platform — whether through our website at mbijackpot.best or through our mobile app — you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mbijackpot ("Platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use mbijackpot's services and are required to close your account.

Your continued use of the mbijackpot platform after any amendments to these Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. mbijackpot recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and responsibilities as a member.

To register and use mbijackpot's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. mbijackpot takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Must be registering as an individual in your own name — registration on behalf of another person, a company, or any other entity is strictly prohibited.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals previously banned or suspended by mbijackpot for any reason.
• Not using the mbijackpot platform from any region or jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

Mbijackpot reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a member's eligibility, including a copy of the Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Each mbijackpot member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method — is a serious violation that will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing information that is accurate, complete and up to date including your full name as per your identity card, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and bank account or e-wallet details used for withdrawals.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone — including family members or friends.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur within your account, including those carried out by others if you have granted them access.

Mbijackpot shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Mbijackpot supports the following Malaysian digital payment methods for all deposit transactions:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – minimum deposit RM 10
• GrabPay – minimum deposit RM 10
• Boost eWallet – minimum deposit RM 10

All deposits must be in the currency of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mbijackpot does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Deposits made from third-party accounts (not in the registered member's name) are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for e-wallets and RM 30 for FPX. No general daily maximum deposit limit is set, though limits may vary based on your VIP tier and chosen payment method. All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your mbijackpot account within seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the method selected.

Mbijackpot members may withdraw to the same Malaysian payment method used for deposit, or to a verified e-wallet registered on the account. Withdrawals are processed only to accounts held in the registered member's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

The main withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Members must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed — this includes submitting a copy of your MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Any balance derived from a bonus must meet the applicable rollover requirements before it can be withdrawn.
• Mbijackpot aims to process withdrawals within 3–5 minutes for regular members and under 2 minutes for Diamond VIP members, subject to automated security verification.
• In cases where additional security checks are required, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. mbijackpot will notify the member via email or SMS should this occur.

Mbijackpot reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, mbijackpot will notify the member and allow a reasonable period of time for them to provide clarification.

Mbijackpot offers its members a wide range of bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus, deposit bonuses, weekly VIP cashback, free lottery tickets, and more. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all mbijackpot promotions:

• Rollover/Wagering Requirement: Each deposit bonus comes with a rollover (wagering) requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The standard rollover rate is 5x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• VIP Cashback: Cashback credited through the mbijackpot VIP programme is exempt from rollover requirements and may be withdrawn directly without any additional wagering conditions.
• Bonus cap: Every promotion has a clearly stated maximum bonus cap. Deposits exceeding the eligible amount will not receive additional bonus beyond the set limit.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus is allowed per account at any given time. Members must complete the rollover requirements of their current bonus before activating a new one.
• Bonus expiry date: Bonus credits are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting, unless stated otherwise. Any unused bonus or incomplete rollover requirements within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• VIP Points: Points earned through the mbijackpot VIP Rewards programme do not expire as long as your account remains active, and can be redeemed at any time at the member's discretion.

Mbijackpot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. Abuse of the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonuses for opposing bets (arbitrage), or any attempt to manipulate the promotions system — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and termination of the account.

Use of mbijackpot's Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, lottery and e-sports platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type. Detailed rules are published in the help section of each game. The following general rules apply to all types of betting on mbijackpot:

• Sports Betting: All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Any bet placed after the start of the relevant event (except for permitted in-play markets) will be voided and the stake returned.
• Odds and markets: mbijackpot reserves the right to withdraw or adjust odds before a bet is confirmed in the event of a technical error or inaccurate information. Confirmed bets will not be altered except in proven cases of fraud.
• Cancelled or postponed events: If a match or event is cancelled before completion and does not resume within 48 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to members.
• Opposing bets (lay betting / arbitrage): Strategies specifically designed to exploit odds discrepancies or use bonuses to eliminate risk are strictly prohibited. mbijackpot reserves the right to void bets and close accounts involved in such activity.
• Live Casino and slots: The outcome of all Live Casino and slots games is final. Any dispute relating to a game result must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game session.
• Lottery: Purchased lottery tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Winning numbers and prize verification are based on official recognised draw results.

• The member is found to own or operate more than one account.
• The member provided false information during registration or in subsequent transactions.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their account at any time through customer support. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances — after deducting any bonuses that have not yet met their rollover requirements — will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Mbijackpot provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that it will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be completely secure at all times. While we make every effort to ensure consistent, quality service, periodic technical disruptions or maintenance may occur.

Mbijackpot shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming decisions, including losses caused by technical issues or connection disruptions during play.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party systems (banks, e-wallet providers) that are outside mbijackpot's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the mbijackpot platform.

Mbijackpot's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim.

Mbijackpot reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent situations requiring immediate changes for security or legal compliance purposes.

Your continued use of the mbijackpot platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes come into effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the mbijackpot platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court with jurisdiction.
